Dailycall

Privacy

Last updated October 26, 2026. Dailycall is made by Cooli.

Dailycall phones your parent for a friendly morning chat and emails your family how it went. This page says what we keep to do that, who can see it, and how to remove it. The short version: we keep only what the calls need, we keep it for your family, and calls are not audio-recorded.

What we collect

How we use it

We don't sell any of it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Anyone with your private page link can see and change the settings and read the history, so keep the link to yourself. The summaries and alerts go to you and the family emails you add. Our team looks at an account only to fix a problem you report or to keep the service running safely.

Companies that help us run it

We use a few service providers, each only for its part of the job: Twilio to place and receive the phone calls, turn speech into words and speak June's voice (Twilio uses Deepgram, ElevenLabs and Google for those parts), Anthropic's AI models for June's conversation and the summaries, Resend to send email, Stripe for payments, and Cloudflare to host the site and store the data.

Your parent is in charge

June is an AI companion, and the first call says so plainly. Your parent can say "stop calling" or press 9 on any call to stop the calls. You confirmed when you signed up that they know the calls are coming, or that you would tell them before the first one.

Not an emergency service

Dailycall is companionship and peace of mind for the family. It is not a medical alert or emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.

Keeping and deleting

Transcripts and summaries stay on your private page while Dailycall is active, so the family can look back, and for 30 days after the subscription ends. Then everything is deleted. To have it deleted sooner, email hello@cooli.ai from the address you signed up with.
